Food Safety

ServSafe leads the way in providing the restaurant and foodservice industry with an up-to-date, comprehensive food safety training and certification program.

ServSafe Certification is the nationally recognized food safety certification program approved and written by the National Restaurant Association. ServSafe Certification is one of many food safety programs available in the United States. Currently the State of Pennsylvania requires that all retail food service establishments have one person per facility to have formal food safety certification. ServSafe Certification is currently valid for 5 years. Schools and hospitals are strongly encouraged to become certified also.
Ettline Foods Corporation has a certified instructor on staff to teach ServSafe Certification classes. Contact your Sales rep or our Customer Service dept for more information.
Food Safety is a critical part of all food service establishments. Your customers are counting on safe food at your establishment.
